I’ll admit I was hesitant at first when I saw all the perfect feedback online, wondering if it could really live up to the hype. Well, I can happily report that it completely does! The team delivered a stunning bathroom renovation, from planning to execution. I am in love with my new bathroom. it was worth every penny. Thank you for the amazing work!Posted on Google![]()

Customer service did not meet my expectations. It was difficult to get timely responses, and scheduling changes caused unnecessary delays. The final result was acceptable, but the process was frustrating."Posted on Google![]()

Had our old bath swapped for a walk-in shower and the whole thing was handled brilliantly. The team turned up when they said they would, kept the flat clean throughout and finished in the timeframe they’d given us.Posted on Google![]()

Bath to shower conversion in our Pimlico townhouse. The shower floor is level with the rest of the room so there’s no step to get over, and they waterproofed the whole area properly before tiling. We’d been let down by two builders before this, so the fact they gave us a start date and turned up on it meant a lot.Posted on Google![]()

Full bathroom renovation in our London home. We changed the layout, so the plumbing was rerouted and the subfloor rebuilt before anything went back in. Fully enclosed shower, level tray, no issues since.+0Posted on Google![]()

Full bathroom refurbishment in our mansion flat off Marylebone High Street, and we stayed in the flat the whole way through. The communal stairs were sheeted every morning and swept every evening, which mattered to us more than it probably should. Nader found the old waste run had almost no fall on it, which explained years of slow draining, and rerouted it before anything went back. Backer boards in the shower zone, tanked over the top, then large-format porcelain. Three months on it still looks like the day they finished.Posted on Google![]()

What stood out was they didn’t rush the sequencing. Backer boards in the wet zone instead of plasterboard, full waterproofing before a single tile went up, and they let everything set properly. We’d chosen large-format porcelain and natural stone, which is unforgiving if the setting-out is even slightly off, and theirs was spot on. You can tell when a bathroom’s done by people who know the trade.Posted on Google![]()

Thoroughly professional from the first visit to the final snag. They renovated two bathrooms for us in a period mansion flat, including turning the family one into a generous walk-in shower room. Honed stone, brushed brass fittings, frameless glass, all set out beautifully and the silicone lines are immaculate. The sort of finish you want when you’re doing it once and doing it right.Posted on Google![]()

So happy with the new shower room. There’d been a leak we’d ignored for ages and they traced it to perished pipework, put it right, then retiled. No more damp patch on the ceiling below and it looks brilliant. Highly recommend for bathroom renovations.
Many London bathrooms are tiny, dark, or awkward. You may not have enough storage. The shower or bath may be old. You may feel there is no room to move. A renovation can sound stressful, but it doesn’t have to be.
We start by listening to what you need from the room. We measure the space, check the plumbing and electrics, and learn how you use the bathroom each day. Then we suggest a layout, tiles, lighting, and storage that make the most of your small space and suit your budget.
How much does a small bathroom renovation cost in London in 2026? | Indicative London range | Timeline |
Cloakroom / very small | from £6,000–£9,000 | 5–8 days |
Small bathroom (full refit) | £10,000–£15,000 | 1–2 weeks |
Small high-spec / en suite | £15,000–£20,000 | 2–3 weeks |
We do more than swap old fixtures for new ones. We design the room so it feels larger and more comfortable. In some homes, this means a walk-in shower instead of a full bath. In others, it means a neat shower-over-bath, slim basin, or wall-hung furniture to free the floor.
Our plumbers, electricians, and fitters work together as one team. They install your new toilet, basin, shower or bath, along with tiling and flooring, with care. Safe wiring, good ventilation, and proper waterproofing are all built in. When we finish, you walk into a clean, complete bathroom that is ready to use.
First, you contact us for a free small bathroom consultation and quote. We visit your London home or arrange a video call, look at the room, and talk through ideas and budget. After this, we send you a clear, itemised quote and an outline schedule, so you know what’s included and how long the work should take.
If you’re happy to go ahead, we can agree on a start date. During the renovation, we protect the rest of your home, keep you updated, and manage the full installation. At the end, we check everything with you, make any small tweaks needed, and leave the bathroom tidy and ready to enjoy.
The cost depends on the size and shape of your bathroom, the fixtures and finishes you choose, and whether we need to change the layout or move pipes and cables. Because every home is different, we visit your property, talk about your budget, and then give you a clear, written quote so you can see what’s included.
Most small bathroom renovation projects take around a couple of weeks, depending on the design and any extra work needed on plumbing or electrics. We explain the expected timeframe in your quote and keep you updated as the job moves forward.
Yes. We provide the full team, including plumbers, electricians, tilers and fitters, and we manage the complete bathroom installation for you. You don’t need to find separate trades, and the finished room is planned and built as one joined-up project.
