I’ll admit I was hesitant at first when I saw all the perfect feedback online, wondering if it could really live up to the hype. Well, I can happily report that it completely does! The team delivered a stunning bathroom renovation, from planning to execution. I am in love with my new bathroom. it was worth every penny. Thank you for the amazing work!Posted on Google![]()

Customer service did not meet my expectations. It was difficult to get timely responses, and scheduling changes caused unnecessary delays. The final result was acceptable, but the process was frustrating."Posted on Google![]()

Had our old bath swapped for a walk-in shower and the whole thing was handled brilliantly. The team turned up when they said they would, kept the flat clean throughout and finished in the timeframe they’d given us.Posted on Google![]()

Bath to shower conversion in our Pimlico townhouse. The shower floor is level with the rest of the room so there’s no step to get over, and they waterproofed the whole area properly before tiling. We’d been let down by two builders before this, so the fact they gave us a start date and turned up on it meant a lot.Posted on Google![]()

Full bathroom renovation in our London home. We changed the layout, so the plumbing was rerouted and the subfloor rebuilt before anything went back in. Fully enclosed shower, level tray, no issues since.+0Posted on Google![]()

Full bathroom refurbishment in our mansion flat off Marylebone High Street, and we stayed in the flat the whole way through. The communal stairs were sheeted every morning and swept every evening, which mattered to us more than it probably should. Nader found the old waste run had almost no fall on it, which explained years of slow draining, and rerouted it before anything went back. Backer boards in the shower zone, tanked over the top, then large-format porcelain. Three months on it still looks like the day they finished.Posted on Google![]()

What stood out was they didn’t rush the sequencing. Backer boards in the wet zone instead of plasterboard, full waterproofing before a single tile went up, and they let everything set properly. We’d chosen large-format porcelain and natural stone, which is unforgiving if the setting-out is even slightly off, and theirs was spot on. You can tell when a bathroom’s done by people who know the trade.Posted on Google![]()

Thoroughly professional from the first visit to the final snag. They renovated two bathrooms for us in a period mansion flat, including turning the family one into a generous walk-in shower room. Honed stone, brushed brass fittings, frameless glass, all set out beautifully and the silicone lines are immaculate. The sort of finish you want when you’re doing it once and doing it right.Posted on Google![]()

So happy with the new shower room. There’d been a leak we’d ignored for ages and they traced it to perished pipework, put it right, then retiled. No more damp patch on the ceiling below and it looks brilliant. Highly recommend for bathroom renovations.
TMT Central Bathrooms is not a general building firm that “also does bathrooms”. We focus on bathroom design and renovation, including en-suites and wet rooms, across Central and Inner London. That focus means we understand the quirks of London properties, from period conversions to modern flats, and we know how to work with tight spaces and strict building rules.
When you choose us for your en suite bathroom renovation in London, you get a bespoke design rather than a standard package. We plan the room around your daily routine, your style, and the rest of your home, so the new en suite feels like it belongs there. We explain options and give honest advice about what will work best in your space and within your budget.
How much does an en suite cost in London in 2026? | Indicative London range | Timeline |
New en suite installation | from £8,000–£14,000 | 1–3 weeks |
En suite renovation / refit | £10,000–£16,000 | 2–3 weeks |
We start with a quick conversation about your en suite or bathroom – what isn’t working, what you’d like to change, and roughly what budget you have in mind. From there, we arrange a home visit so we can see the space, take measurements, and check things like pipework, electrics, and ventilation.
Next, we put together a design that fits your room and your routine. That can include a new layout, storage solutions, and ideas for tiles, fixtures, and lighting. We talk everything through in plain language and adjust the plan until you’re happy. You then receive a clear quote and proposed schedule.
Once you approve the design and quote, we book a start date. We confirm how long the work is likely to take, how we’ll protect your home, and what access we’ll need. You have one main point of contact who looks after the planning and keeps you updated.
Our team removes the old suite, prepares the room properly, and carries out all plumbing, electrics, tiling, flooring, and decorating. Every trade is coordinated by us, so you’re not chasing different people. We focus on correct waterproofing, safe electrics, and neat finishes that last.
When the work is complete, we walk through the finished room with you, check everything carefully, and deal with any small snags. We explain how to use and look after your new en suite or bathroom, and we’re available if you have questions after the project is finished.
Once the design is agreed upon, we move into the installation stage. Our team protects your home, removes the old suite in a controlled way, and prepares the room for the new layout. Plumbing, electrics, tiling, flooring, and decoration are all handled by specialists who work with bathrooms every day.
You do not need to search for each tradesperson or worry about the order of the work. We pay close attention to practical details such as waterproofing, ventilation, and safe electrical work. Showers, baths, toilets, and sinks are installed with care so they both look good and perform well over time.
Throughout the project, we keep you updated. If a decision is needed, we explain the options clearly and help you choose. At the end of the installation, we carry out checks with you in the finished room, deal with any small snags, and make sure the space is clean and ready to use.
Yes. We help you plan the design of your ensuite, and we handle the full installation. You work with one bathroom renovation company instead of many different trades, which keeps the process simpler and more secure.
The time depends on the size of the room and the extent of the work. Once we have agreed on the design and seen the existing space, we will give you a clear schedule so you know what to expect and when the room is likely to be finished.
We are honest about what we can achieve within a given budget. During our early conversations, we discussed your target spend, explored different options, and explained where it may be wise to invest more and where we can simplify things to help you stay on track.
If you are ready for a fresh, modern en suite bathroom in your London home, TMT Central Bathrooms is here to help. Request your free en suite bathroom quote today, and we will get back to you to discuss your ideas and plan the best way forward.
