I’ll admit I was hesitant at first when I saw all the perfect feedback online, wondering if it could really live up to the hype. Well, I can happily report that it completely does! The team delivered a stunning bathroom renovation, from planning to execution. I am in love with my new bathroom. it was worth every penny. Thank you for the amazing work!Posted on Google![]()

Customer service did not meet my expectations. It was difficult to get timely responses, and scheduling changes caused unnecessary delays. The final result was acceptable, but the process was frustrating."Posted on Google![]()

Had our old bath swapped for a walk-in shower and the whole thing was handled brilliantly. The team turned up when they said they would, kept the flat clean throughout and finished in the timeframe they’d given us.Posted on Google![]()

Bath to shower conversion in our Pimlico townhouse. The shower floor is level with the rest of the room so there’s no step to get over, and they waterproofed the whole area properly before tiling. We’d been let down by two builders before this, so the fact they gave us a start date and turned up on it meant a lot.Posted on Google![]()

Full bathroom renovation in our London home. We changed the layout, so the plumbing was rerouted and the subfloor rebuilt before anything went back in. Fully enclosed shower, level tray, no issues since.+0Posted on Google![]()

Full bathroom refurbishment in our mansion flat off Marylebone High Street, and we stayed in the flat the whole way through. The communal stairs were sheeted every morning and swept every evening, which mattered to us more than it probably should. Nader found the old waste run had almost no fall on it, which explained years of slow draining, and rerouted it before anything went back. Backer boards in the shower zone, tanked over the top, then large-format porcelain. Three months on it still looks like the day they finished.Posted on Google![]()

What stood out was they didn’t rush the sequencing. Backer boards in the wet zone instead of plasterboard, full waterproofing before a single tile went up, and they let everything set properly. We’d chosen large-format porcelain and natural stone, which is unforgiving if the setting-out is even slightly off, and theirs was spot on. You can tell when a bathroom’s done by people who know the trade.Posted on Google![]()

Thoroughly professional from the first visit to the final snag. They renovated two bathrooms for us in a period mansion flat, including turning the family one into a generous walk-in shower room. Honed stone, brushed brass fittings, frameless glass, all set out beautifully and the silicone lines are immaculate. The sort of finish you want when you’re doing it once and doing it right.Posted on Google![]()

So happy with the new shower room. There’d been a leak we’d ignored for ages and they traced it to perished pipework, put it right, then retiled. No more damp patch on the ceiling below and it looks brilliant. Highly recommend for bathroom renovations.
A bathroom is one of the trickiest rooms to fit well. It pulls together plumbing, waterproofing, tiling, electrics and joinery in a small space — often in an older London building with awkward access and tired pipework. When those trades are booked separately, the gaps between them are where delays, extra cost and finger-pointing creep in.
We remove that problem. Your bathroom is planned, managed and fitted by one accountable team, with a single point of contact from first survey to final handover.
• Full bathroom design and planning, including layout and material selection
• Strip-out and safe disposal of the old bathroom
• First-fix plumbing moving or renewing pipework, soil and waste runs
• Wall and floor tiling, wet-room tanking and underfloor heating
• Certified electrical work for lighting, extractor fans and heated elements
• Fitting baths, showers, basins, WCs, taps, screens and furniture
• Final testing, snagging and a clean handover
You start by telling us what you want to change in your bathroom. We then arrange a visit to your home in London. During this visit, we will look at your current bathroom, the space available, and the existing services. We talk through ideas, design options, and your budget.
Once we have all the details, we prepare a free, no-obligation quote for your bathroom installation or renovation, so you can decide in your own time.
Once you are happy with the quote, we move to design and planning. Together, we finalise the bathroom layout so everything is in the right place. We help you choose tiles, flooring, baths, showers, and fittings that match your style and budget.
At the same time, we plan the plumbing, electrics, and ventilation to make sure the room is safe, practical, and comfortable. We agree on a clear schedule so you know when work will start and how long it is likely to take. We aim to fit a bathroom that works for the way you live, not just one that looks good in photos.
Our London bathroom fitters then carry out the installation. We protect the areas we walk through and work in, so the rest of your home stays clean and safe. We remove your old bathroom with care and dispose of it properly.
Next, we install the new pipework, wiring, and fixtures. We fit tiles, flooring, showers, baths, basins, and toilets, checking each step as we go. At the end, we make sure everything works as it should and tidy up before we leave.
We treat your home with respect and keep you updated at each stage of the job.
We don’t just fit bathrooms we design them and supply the materials too. With years of experience sourcing sanitaryware, tiles, brassware and fixtures, we help you choose the right products for the job and the budget, then supply and install them as one complete package.
It means a single point of responsibility for the whole bathroom, with no gaps between what is designed, what is bought and what is fitted.
Who we fit bathrooms for
We work across both sides of the London market:
• Homeowners — family bathrooms, en suites and luxury renovations in houses and period properties.
• Flats and apartment owners — including the access, lift and building-management coordination that London blocks demand.
• Landlords and property managers — hard-wearing, quick-turnaround refurbishments between tenancies.
• Commercial spaces — offices, hospitality and washrooms where downtime has to be kept to a minimum.
Pricing depends on the size of the room, the spec of fixtures and tiles, and how much the plumbing or layout needs to change. As an indicative guide for London in 2026: | Indicative London range | Typical timeline |
Cloakroom / small bathroom | from £6,000–£9,000 | 5–10 days |
Standard family bathroom | £12,000–£18,000 | 2–3 weeks |
High-spec / en suite | £19,000–£30,000 | 3–4 weeks |
Luxury bathroom | £25,000–£45,000+ | 3–5 weeks |
After a free home survey, you receive a clear, fixed written quote no vague estimates, no surprises.
• London is all we do. We know the building stock, the parking and access realities, and how to protect communal areas while we work.
• One managed team. Design, plumbing, tiling, electrics and fitting under one roof — fewer hand-offs, fewer delays.
• Fixed, written quotes. You know the cost before we start, with materials and labour set out clearly.
• Workmanship you can trust. Backed by our 12-month workmanship guarantee and full insurance.
We usually prefer to supply the full list of materials ourselves. We have extensive experience in selecting the right materials for the right job, so this is our preferred approach though we can also fit fixtures and tiles you have chosen. Either way, we will advise on quality and suitability so your choices last.
Most bathrooms take two to four weeks depending on size and spec. We give you a schedule with your quote and keep you updated at each stage.
