Geberit is the most important brand in your bathroom that you will never see. Founded in Switzerland in 1874, it is the European market leader in the frames, cisterns and pipework hidden behind the wall the parts that decide whether a wall-hung bathroom works for decades or starts to fail in a few years.

A wall-hung WC or basin floats off a steel frame built into the wall. Geberit’s Duofix frame is self-supporting and rated to hold around 400kg over 60 stone with galvanised feet that adjust from 0 to 20cm to suit any floor build-up, even under a window or a sloping ceiling.
It takes WCs with projections up to 70cm to EN 33 standards. Get this part right and the ceramics sit perfectly; get it wrong and no amount of nice tiling will save it.
Cisterns, plates and the options we fit
Behind the wall sits a Geberit Sigma or Omega concealed cistern fully insulated against condensation, dual-flush and individually tested for water-tightness in 8cm or 12cm depths to suit the wall.
At the front, Sigma and Omega flush plates finish it in a wide choice of styles. Many frames also include a conduit ready for a Geberit AquaClean shower toilet, so you can upgrade later without opening the wall.
The detail we care about most is access. A Geberit system is designed so the working parts can be reached by simply removing the flush plate, with no need to disturb the tiling and the actuator is sound-absorbing for a quieter flush. We build them in properly fixed, properly sealed and serviceable, on almost every wall-hung bathroom we install across London.

We then give you a written quote that explains the services included. We talk you through it in simple terms so you feel confident and informed before you say yes.
When you are happy, we lock in the plan. We agree on a start date and a simple schedule. We order the main fixtures and branded items. We plan when each tradesperson will be on site.
Careful management and clear communication keep the project smooth. You always know what is happening next.
During the build, we protect floors and nearby rooms. We removed the old bathroom safely. We carry out plumbing, electrics, tiling, and installation in the right order. We keep you updated on progress in clear language.
You have a single point of contact for all questions. We manage the whole project, the tradespeople and the timing, so you do not have to.
At the end, we carry out careful checks. We test taps, showers, and baths. We check the toilet flush and drainage. We test lights, fans and switches. We look over tiles, joints, and seals and fix any small issues before we finish.
Then we walk through the new bathroom with you. We explain how to care for your new surfaces and fittings. We only leave when you are happy with the result.

In most cases, yes. We check the wall and space at the survey; wherever we can build a solid frame, we can hang the WC off the wall for a clean, easy-to-clean finish.
