I’ll admit I was hesitant at first when I saw all the perfect feedback online, wondering if it could really live up to the hype. Well, I can happily report that it completely does! The team delivered a stunning bathroom renovation, from planning to execution. I am in love with my new bathroom. it was worth every penny. Thank you for the amazing work!Posted on Google![]()

Customer service did not meet my expectations. It was difficult to get timely responses, and scheduling changes caused unnecessary delays. The final result was acceptable, but the process was frustrating."Posted on Google![]()

Had our old bath swapped for a walk-in shower and the whole thing was handled brilliantly. The team turned up when they said they would, kept the flat clean throughout and finished in the timeframe they’d given us.Posted on Google![]()

Bath to shower conversion in our Pimlico townhouse. The shower floor is level with the rest of the room so there’s no step to get over, and they waterproofed the whole area properly before tiling. We’d been let down by two builders before this, so the fact they gave us a start date and turned up on it meant a lot.Posted on Google![]()

Full bathroom renovation in our London home. We changed the layout, so the plumbing was rerouted and the subfloor rebuilt before anything went back in. Fully enclosed shower, level tray, no issues since.+0Posted on Google![]()

Full bathroom refurbishment in our mansion flat off Marylebone High Street, and we stayed in the flat the whole way through. The communal stairs were sheeted every morning and swept every evening, which mattered to us more than it probably should. Nader found the old waste run had almost no fall on it, which explained years of slow draining, and rerouted it before anything went back. Backer boards in the shower zone, tanked over the top, then large-format porcelain. Three months on it still looks like the day they finished.Posted on Google![]()

What stood out was they didn’t rush the sequencing. Backer boards in the wet zone instead of plasterboard, full waterproofing before a single tile went up, and they let everything set properly. We’d chosen large-format porcelain and natural stone, which is unforgiving if the setting-out is even slightly off, and theirs was spot on. You can tell when a bathroom’s done by people who know the trade.Posted on Google![]()

Thoroughly professional from the first visit to the final snag. They renovated two bathrooms for us in a period mansion flat, including turning the family one into a generous walk-in shower room. Honed stone, brushed brass fittings, frameless glass, all set out beautifully and the silicone lines are immaculate. The sort of finish you want when you’re doing it once and doing it right.Posted on Google![]()

So happy with the new shower room. There’d been a leak we’d ignored for ages and they traced it to perished pipework, put it right, then retiled. No more damp patch on the ceiling below and it looks brilliant. Highly recommend for bathroom renovations.
We fix the problems that go wrong in everyday bathrooms, including:
Sometimes a repair is the smart, economical choice; other times it is money spent on a bathroom that is near the end of its life and we will always tell you honestly which.
If the tiling is sound and the problem is isolated, a repair makes sense. If the leaks keep recurring, the layout no longer works, or the fittings are dated and failing, a bathroom refurbishment or full renovation is usually better value in the long run.
Water is patient. A slow shower leak or a failed seal can quietly rot floorboards, spread damp and in London’s many flats and mansion blocks leak into the property below, turning a small repair into a far bigger bill and an awkward conversation with a neighbour. Fixing problems early protects both your home and your budget.
From our base at 104 Southampton Row (WC1), we can reach much of central London quickly. We turn up prepared, protect your home while we work and clean up properly afterwards. For urgent problems such as an active leak, get in touch and we will arrange the earliest possible visit.
Most small repairs a reseal, a tap cartridge, a running toilet are quick, fixed-price jobs once we have seen the problem. Larger work such as regrouting a full shower or retiling an area is priced after a short look, and we give you a clear figure before we start, with no surprises. For bigger projects where a repair is not worth it.
We carry out bathroom repairs across central London and the surrounding areas, including Hampstead, Marylebone, Mayfair, Kensington, Chelsea, Bloomsbury, the City of London and beyond. See all the areas we cover.
We start with a free chat. You tell us what has gone wrong a leak, a failed seal, cracked tiles, a running toilet, a dripping tap and when it started. A few simple questions help us understand the problem.
We then look at the issue in person or through clear photos and a short description. We trace the real source of the fault, not just the symptom, and check anything nearby that might be affected so the repair fixes the problem for good, not just for now.
Next, we tell you exactly what needs doing and why, in plain terms. For a small job a reseal, a tap cartridge, a valve we can often give you a fixed price on the spot. For larger work like regrouting or retiling, we quote after a quick look.
You get a clear figure before any work starts, with no surprises and no pressure. And if a repair genuinely isn’t worth it, we’ll tell you honestly and talk through the alternatives.
When you’re happy, we book a convenient time. For urgent problems such as an active leak, we arrange the earliest possible visit to limit any damage. If your repair needs specific parts, we source the right ones, including genuine replacements for brands like Geberit, Grohe, Hansgrohe and many more.
We confirm the appointment and let you know what to expect, so you’re never left wondering when we’ll arrive.
On the day, we turn up prepared and on time. We protect floors and surrounding areas, carry out the repair properly and in the right order, and keep disruption to a minimum. Most repairs are completed in a single visit.
You have one point of contact throughout, and we keep you updated in clear language if anything else comes to light while we’re on site.
Before we finish, we test our work. We check for leaks, run the taps and showers, test the toilet flush and drainage, and make sure seals, grout and tiles are sound. We only call it done once it’s genuinely fixed.
Then we clean up, take away the old parts, and walk you through what we’ve done including any tips to help the repair last. We only leave when you’re happy with the result.
We do both. Alongside full renovations, we carry out individual repairs leaks, seals, grouting, tiles, taps and toilets whether or not we originally fitted the bathroom.
Yes. We trace the source of the leak whether it is the seal, grout, shower tray, valve or pipework and fix it properly, rather than simply covering it up.
Yes regrouting, retiling and resealing baths and showers are among our most common repairs, and they instantly refresh a tired bathroom for a fraction of the cost of a new one.
Yes. Concealed cisterns such as Geberit are designed to be serviced through the flush plate, so we can usually repair the flush or fill valve without removing any tiles.
Yes we repair and replace cartridges, valves and washers on major brands including Grohe, Hansgrohe, Vado and Crosswater, and can source genuine replacement parts.
Small repairs are quick, fixed-price jobs once we have seen them; larger work is quoted after a short visit. We always confirm the price before any work starts.
For urgent problems such as an active leak, contact us and we will arrange the earliest possible visit to limit any damage.
If the tiling is sound and the problem is isolated, a repair is the sensible choice. If issues keep recurring or the bathroom is dated, a refurbishment or renovation usually offers better long-term value and we will give you honest advice either way.
