Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Transforming our dated Mayfair bathroom was a bigger decision than we’d expected, but the planing and communication made it much easier. The team coordinated the plumbing, lighting and installation work, and the finish is exceptional. It now looks like a completely different room.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We’re very happy with our new bathroom. They managed the design, material selection and scheduling, helping us choose finishes that worked well together.

The demolition team and plumber were great, and the project was well organised. Everything was completed in stages without delays, and the team kept us informed and checked in with us throughout.

Thank you to the team for their hard work and professionalism. We would happily recommend TMT Central Bathrooms.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ll admit I was hesitant at first when I saw all the perfect feedback online, wondering if it could really live up to the hype. Well, I can happily report that it completely does! The team delivered a stunning bathroom renovation, from planning to execution. I am in love with my new bathroom. it was worth every penny. Thank you for the amazing work!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Customer service did not meet my expectations. It was difficult to get timely responses, and scheduling changes caused unnecessary delays. The final result was acceptable, but the process was frustrating."

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had our old bath swapped for a walk-in shower and the whole thing was handled brilliantly. The team turned up when they said they would, kept the flat clean throughout and finished in the timeframe they’d given us.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Bath to shower conversion in our Pimlico townhouse. The shower floor is level with the rest of the room so there’s no step to get over, and they waterproofed the whole area properly before tiling. We’d been let down by two builders before this, so the fact they gave us a start date and turned up on it meant a lot.

Full bathroom renovation in our London home. We changed the layout, so the plumbing was rerouted and the subfloor rebuilt before anything went back in. Fully enclosed shower, level tray, no issues since.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Full bathroom refurbishment in our mansion flat off Marylebone High Street, and we stayed in the flat the whole way through. The communal stairs were sheeted every morning and swept every evening, which mattered to us more than it probably should. Nader found the old waste run had almost no fall on it, which explained years of slow draining, and rerouted it before anything went back. Backer boards in the shower zone, tanked over the top, then large-format porcelain. Three months on it still looks like the day they finished.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What stood out was they didn’t rush the sequencing. Backer boards in the wet zone instead of plasterboard, full waterproofing before a single tile went up, and they let everything set properly. We’d chosen large-format porcelain and natural stone, which is unforgiving if the setting-out is even slightly off, and theirs was spot on. You can tell when a bathroom’s done by people who know the trade.

How Our Bathroom Renovation Process Works

We keep the renovation process simple and clear. We offer home visits and virtual consultations. We look at your current bathroom, listen to your ideas and budget, and talk through what you want to change. You can share photos or inspiration if you like.

Next, we prepare a straightforward design and a clear quote for your bathroom renovation. We explain what is included, from bathroom fitting and installation to plumbing, electrics, tiling, and ventilation, and we adjust the plan with you until you are happy.

Once you approve, we agree on dates, protect your home, and manage the full installation from start to finish. Throughout the project, we keep you updated so you always know what is happening and when your bathroom will be ready to use.

Bathroom Renovation Costs in Soho

Bathroom renovation costs in Soho vary from home to home, so there is no single price that fits every project. The size of your bathroom, the condition of existing pipes and walls, any layout changes, and your choice of tiles, fixtures, and extras like underfloor heating all affect the final cost.

If we find issues such as water damage or damp, we will explain them clearly and discuss options before any extra work is done.

The best way to understand the cost is to get a tailored quote based on your space and budget. After a quick consultation and site visit, we can give you a clear, no-pressure quote for your Soho bathroom renovation, so you know exactly what is planned and what it will include.
