I’ll admit I was hesitant at first when I saw all the perfect feedback online, wondering if it could really live up to the hype. Well, I can happily report that it completely does! The team delivered a stunning bathroom renovation, from planning to execution. I am in love with my new bathroom. it was worth every penny. Thank you for the amazing work!Posted on Google![]()

Customer service did not meet my expectations. It was difficult to get timely responses, and scheduling changes caused unnecessary delays. The final result was acceptable, but the process was frustrating."Posted on Google![]()

Had our old bath swapped for a walk-in shower and the whole thing was handled brilliantly. The team turned up when they said they would, kept the flat clean throughout and finished in the timeframe they’d given us.Posted on Google![]()

Bath to shower conversion in our Pimlico townhouse. The shower floor is level with the rest of the room so there’s no step to get over, and they waterproofed the whole area properly before tiling. We’d been let down by two builders before this, so the fact they gave us a start date and turned up on it meant a lot.Posted on Google![]()

Full bathroom renovation in our London home. We changed the layout, so the plumbing was rerouted and the subfloor rebuilt before anything went back in. Fully enclosed shower, level tray, no issues since.+0Posted on Google![]()

Full bathroom refurbishment in our mansion flat off Marylebone High Street, and we stayed in the flat the whole way through. The communal stairs were sheeted every morning and swept every evening, which mattered to us more than it probably should. Nader found the old waste run had almost no fall on it, which explained years of slow draining, and rerouted it before anything went back. Backer boards in the shower zone, tanked over the top, then large-format porcelain. Three months on it still looks like the day they finished.Posted on Google![]()

What stood out was they didn’t rush the sequencing. Backer boards in the wet zone instead of plasterboard, full waterproofing before a single tile went up, and they let everything set properly. We’d chosen large-format porcelain and natural stone, which is unforgiving if the setting-out is even slightly off, and theirs was spot on. You can tell when a bathroom’s done by people who know the trade.Posted on Google![]()

Thoroughly professional from the first visit to the final snag. They renovated two bathrooms for us in a period mansion flat, including turning the family one into a generous walk-in shower room. Honed stone, brushed brass fittings, frameless glass, all set out beautifully and the silicone lines are immaculate. The sort of finish you want when you’re doing it once and doing it right.Posted on Google![]()

So happy with the new shower room. There’d been a leak we’d ignored for ages and they traced it to perished pipework, put it right, then retiled. No more damp patch on the ceiling below and it looks brilliant. Highly recommend for bathroom renovations.
When you choose TMT Central Bathrooms for a bathroom renovation in Kings Cross, you get one team to manage the full project. A typical renovation can include new plumbing for pipes, taps and waste, safe electrical work for lighting and power, tiling on the walls and floor, light construction work to prepare the room, and carpentry for storage, panels and bathroom furniture.
Instead of speaking to each tradesperson individually, you deal with one company that coordinates the work for you. We also help you choose the key parts of your new bathroom.
This can include a walk-in shower or bathtub, a new toilet and basin, tiles and floor finishes, mirrors and storage units, as well as lighting and ventilation fans to clear steam from the room.
If you would like warm floors, we can discuss underfloor heating as part of the design. Careful planning of plumbing, tiling and ventilation helps protect your home from leaks and water damage while making the room easier to use every day.
Our focus is on bathrooms, not on general building work. The room you use every morning and night is at the centre of the project, and we aim to leave you with a clean, finished space that feels like a real home improvement, not just a small repair.
A bathroom renovation is a big step, so we keep the process simple. First, we talk with you about what you need from your bathroom. We visit your home in Kings Cross, look at the space, listen to your ideas, and ask about your budget. During this visit, we also look at the existing plumbing and electrical systems to understand what is possible and how the project should run.
Next, we create a clear plan for the project. Together we agree on the layout, the main fixtures such as a shower or bathtub and toilet, and the finishes such as tiles, flooring, lighting and furniture. We explain the stages of the work and give you an idea of how long the project is likely to take. Most bathroom renovation projects usually take a few weeks, but the exact time depends on the size of the room and how much building and layout change is needed.
Once you are happy with the plan, our team starts work. The plumber, electrician, tiler, carpenter, and builders follow an agreed schedule so each part is done in the right order. We aim to keep your home as tidy as we can and keep you updated if anything needs to change. When the work is complete, we check everything with you so you can feel confident using your new bathroom from day one.
Many homes in Kings Cross have small or narrow bathrooms, especially in flats and older buildings. We are used to working in these tight spaces and know how to make the room feel bigger and easier to use.
We look carefully at your layout and think about every part of the space. This can mean choosing a walk-in shower instead of a large bathtub, using wall-hung toilets and basins to free up floor area, and adding slim storage so you still have room to move. Good lighting, mirrors, and ventilation also help small bathrooms feel brighter and more open.
We aim to turn even a compact bathroom into a comfortable, practical room that fits your daily routine. If you are not sure what is possible in your space, we can show you options during the home visit and help you choose a design that works for both your room and your budget.
A bathroom renovation can include a new layout, updated plumbing and electrics, a new shower or bathtub and toilet, fresh tiles and floors, new lighting and ventilation, and added storage or bathroom furniture. We agree on the exact scope with you before work starts, so the plan is clear.
Most bathroom renovation projects take a few weeks or more. Smaller rooms with light changes can be quicker, and larger rooms or big layout changes can take longer. We explain the likely timeline at the start and keep you updated as the project moves forward.
Yes. Many Kings Cross homes have small bathrooms. We plan the room around your space and think carefully about where to place the shower or bathtub, the toilet, storage, and lights so the room feels as open and practical as possible.
